Long Term Placement
| a. Nanny | 15% of Projected Gross Annual Salary No agency fee will be collected during the trial period. |
| b. Housekeeper | 15% of Projected Gross Annual Salary No agency fee will be collected during the trial period. |
A long-term placement comes with a free trial period for a maximum duration of seven working days. Even after a candidate has been selected, we would still guarantee a three- month replacement period with a maximum of three candidates.
If the family is still hesitant to commit after the completion of the trial period and needs more time to decide, the placement will be considered temporary.
Temporary Placement
| 1. Baby Nurse | 18% of Total Compensation Guaranteed replacement for the entire duration of the contract. |
| 2. Other Services | 18% of candidate’s total gross earnings. |
